From writing scripts to voiceovers, editing visuals, optimizing for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts each step required either technical skill or external help. This resulted in slow content turnaround, high production costs, and reduced consistency in brand messaging.

Solution
We began with a discovery phase, working closely with the client to understand their user base, workflow bottlenecks, and long-term vision. From there, we architected VidoPostAI, a full-stack web application that enables users to generate, customize, and export video content with just a few inputs.
The platform was developed using React + Vite for a fast and dynamic frontend experience. We integrated OpenAI for smart script and caption generation, and connected voice generation APIs such as ElevenLabs to offer realistic AI voiceovers across different tones, age groups, and speaking styles. As part of our AI development services, the UI was designed to be clean, intuitive, and modular—featuring a tabbed workflow that guides users step-by-step through idea input, script preview, voice selection, and visual generation.
We also developed customizable templates using stock and AI-generated media, enabling users to pair their scripts with appropriate visuals and music. One of the standout features was auto-captioning and hashtag generation, ensuring content was optimized for discovery on social platforms.

One of the most technically nuanced features we delivered was the caption and timeline editor—designed for both simplicity and creative flexibility. Users can adjust phrase size, font styling, alignment, and positioning in real-time while previewing their short-form video vertically—just as it would appear on Instagram Reels or TikTok.
Behind the scenes, we developed a timeline-based visual composer that aligns generated visuals, captions, and audio tracks with second-level precision. Creators can upload their own assets, choose stock visuals, or let the AI generate them, all within a drag-and-drop interface.
We also introduced a “Regenerate Captions” feature using AI, enabling users to instantly revise content tone or fix inaccuracies—without redoing the full video. The goal was to give creators full creative control while maintaining the speed and automation benefits of AI.
