Job Description – Sales & Marketing Specialist
Vizz Web Solution is looking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to grow revenue across B2B and B2C channels. You will build and execute sales strategy and marketing strategy to generate qualified leads, manage the sales pipeline and CRM, and run digital marketing — including email marketing, social media marketing, PPC, content marketing and SEO. This role requires hands-on account management, client relationship management, product demos, cold outreach and presentations to meet sales targets and KPIs. You’ll also lead market research, competitor analysis, lead nurturing, CRO (conversion rate optimisation) and analytics-driven reporting to continuously improve conversion and CLV.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated sales strategy and marketing strategy to meet revenue goals and KPIs.
- Drive lead generation (B2B & B2C), pipeline management and CRM operations (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Plan and execute digital marketing: email marketing, social media marketing, PPC, content marketing and on-page SEO.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and target segments.
- Lead outreach activities: cold calling, outreach campaigns, product demos, presentations and proposals.
- Manage account management and client relationship management to maximize retention and upsell.
- Implement lead nurturing workflows, scoring, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for landing pages and funnels.
- Track sales targets, forecast pipeline, report on KPI, ROAS, conversion metrics and prepare analytics-driven reports.
- Coordinate with design, content and development for campaign creatives, landing page tests and CRO.
- Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist (or similar) in IT services / B2B SaaS with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent) for pipeline management, lead scoring and accurate forecasting.
- Practical experience planning/executing digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social ads) and coordinating campaign delivery or agency work.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and contract coordination.
- Strong analytical skills — proficient with Google Analytics and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for KPI tracking, reporting and ROI/ROAS analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable leading client meetings, demos and onboarding handovers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/related field or equivalent experience, and ability to collaborate across product, design and engineering in a fast-paced IT company (Vizz Web Solution).
