Role Description
- Must have gained 2-4 years\’ experience in generating leads and closing deals of software solutions\’ sales /services to other countries.
- Must be well versed in bidding software projects over online mediums such as freelancing portals and generating leads from social media and landing pages, chat support etc.
- Must have excellent English communication skills
- Develop business and marketing plans
- Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
- Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
- Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
- Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong business development and customer relationship maintenance ability
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Requirements:
- Experience in the IT field will be preferred
- Strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Bachelor\’s degree preferably in Computer Sciences.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- well knowledge of Bidding platforms i.e Upwork, Fiver etc
