Job Description — Digital Marketing Specialist
Vizz Web Solutions is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute integrated online strategies that drive growth. You will own SEO, paid media, social, and content optimization to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. The role requires strong analytical skills to measure performance, iterate campaigns, and improve conversion rates. You’ll work closely with design, development, and content teams in a fast-paced IT environment to deliver measurable digital results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, social, email).
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Perform keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO, and technical SEO audits to improve organic rankings.
- Create, test (A/B), and optimize landing pages and campaign creatives for higher conversion rates.
- Manage content strategy with writers/designers for blogs, landing pages, and lead magnets.
- Set up and maintain tracking (UTMs, pixels), dashboards, and weekly/monthly performance reports (GA4, Search Console).
- Analyze funnel performance, CPA/ROAS, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with design and development to implement CRO and site-speed/technical fixes.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities and new channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign documentation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably with IT/services clients.
- Demonstrable success planning and executing SEO, SEM and PPC campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on management of Google Ads and Meta Ads (campaign setup, bidding, A/B testing, budget control).
- Strong on-page and technical SEO skills (keyword research, meta tags, structured data, sitemaps, crawlability fixes).
- Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console; able to build dashboards, interpret data and report KPIs.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging and accurate tracking/attribution setup.
- Practical experience with a marketing automation/CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and lead-nurturing flows.
- Proven content marketing experience: creating keyword-driven briefs, optimizing content for search and collaborating with writers/designers.
- Experience in CRO / A/B testing and optimizing landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Familiarity with WordPress (or similar CMS) and basic HTML/CSS to implement on-page changes.
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills; able to work with design, dev and sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
