Job Description
Vizz Web Solution is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced software industry, assisting with technical talent acquisition, employee engagement, and data management to support Vizz Web Solution’s mission of delivering world-class digital products.
Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team with technical sourcing and screening of potential candidates for software development and IT roles using Boolean search strings and social platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle by scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and updating candidate statuses in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation, workstation setups, and introductory sessions are organized efficiently.
- Maintain and update the internal Human Resources Information System (HRIS) database to ensure employee records are accurate, compliant, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement activities and internal events that foster a positive company culture within a tech-focused environment.
- Draft and post optimized job descriptions on various career portals and job boards to attract top-tier technical and non-technical talent.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic HR functions and best practices, with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, software engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to the changing needs of a growing software company.
