Recovery Officer

Job Description

Vizz Web Solution is actively seeking a focused and persistent Recovery Officer to manage our debt collection efforts. This role is central to our financial operations, requiring expert negotiation and communication skills to resolve outstanding accounts. If you excel at debt recovery, setting up payment settlements, and consistently meeting targets, you will be a vital asset to the Vizz Web Solution team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with debtors to negotiate payments, discuss debt settlements, resolve account problems, and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Execute first-round calling for daily account allocation in line with client requirements and the assigned performance targets.
• Diligently complete all daily tasks and priority items as directed and reviewed by the Team Leader.
• Accurately update CRM records with detailed information, including skip tracing results, calling logs, feedback reports, and agreed-upon modes of payment.
• Hold daily discussions with the Team Leader, providing briefs on new accounts, successfully traced accounts, and any special high-priority accounts impacting performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recovery Officer or specialist in a high-volume collections environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed daily and monthly collection targets.
• Excellent professional communication skills required for effective debt negotiation and problem resolution.
• High proficiency in using CRM software and tracking systems for detailed account management and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the discipline to follow strict account allocation schedules.
• Commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance in all debt recovery activities.
